Pakistan Navy Engineering College Students Generate electricity by wave energy in Karachi. They used wave energy to run hydraulic turbine. This project is completed by students under the supervision of Pakistan Navy College and NUST University Dean.
Students produced 60 watt electricity per second, one wave could produce 15 kilowatt electricity. Cost incurred on production of hydraulic tribune energy project is 80 thousands.
